I’m a third-generation California native, raised in a small town just outside Lake Tahoe. I spent my summers on the lake and winters on the slopes with my family, experiences that shaped my deep appreciation for connection, resilience, and the importance of family.
Life hasn’t always been linear. Growing up in a farmhouse (A llama farm to be exact…and I think, Jen’s favorite detail!), I experienced both the beauty and challenges that shape who we become. Those early experiences, along with my own personal journey through life’s ups and downs, ultimately led me to a career centered around supporting others. I’m also a proud mother to my two children, Olivia and Oscar; my miracle babies. After being told I might never be able to have children due to medical complications, motherhood has become the most meaningful and grounding part of my life.
Today, I serve as the Divorce Coach at the San Diego Family Mediation Center, where I specialize in supporting individuals navigating high-conflict divorces and relationships involving narcissistic abuse.
I work closely with clients who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or emotionally exhausted, helping them regain clarity, set healthy boundaries, navigate communication, and move forward with strength and peace.
I hold a degree in Interior Design and spent over 10 years in corporate management with Starbucks in Seattle. I developed strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills that support my work in mediation. I also have a passion for peaceful and constructive communication.
I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel seen and understood. Joining the San Diego Family Mediation Center felt like the perfect blend of my skills and purpose.
