As we all know, the situation is changing daily in the San Diego area. If you are interested in coming in person to the office, please discuss it with your mediator, as the situation is changing from week to week. We are happy to get your paperwork started remotely and move to an in-person model when it is safe to do so.
In-Person Mediation Sessions Are Not Currently Available.
Due to the rise in COVID19 cases and recent restrictions, we are unable to offer in-person mediation sessions. The Governor has recently imposed severe restrictions on non-essential businesses. Until those restrictions are lifted, we will not be offering mediation sessions within our office. We will still be conducting online mediation sessions as usual. We will be closely monitoring the situation and please check back for updates!
